BHLDN Event at Anthropologie Chestnut Hill

A couple of week's ago I had the pleasure of attending an open house at the BHLDN boutique located inside the Anthropologie in Chestnut Hill. If you haven't heard about it, BHLDN, pronounced BEE-HOLD-EN, is Anthropologie's sister brand that specializes in the most beautiful wedding dresses, accessories and bridesmaids dresses.

I attended BHLDN's spring fashion show last year, and I was thrilled to be invited back as a guest of Boston Bloggers. Whether you're engaged to be married or super duper single, every woman can appreciate the beauty that is BHLDN.

Hello perfect chandelier and paper flower decor.

A closer look at their veils. They don't have very many of them, but the ones they do have are classic and elegant.

Generally, no bride has the opportunity to wear her wedding dress again, but so many of the beautiful dresses from BHLDN collection can be worn as evening wear.

An up close look at the lace on this blush dress. Talk about a flattering color!

Bridesmaids dresses have come a long way over the years, but I've never seen so many beautiful ones in one room. The boutique arranges them by shade, which I love.

BHLDN manages to accomplish something very few boutiques do, and that's making bridesmaids dresses that women don't want to throw away after the wedding. See ladies, miracles do happen!

An array of shoes to try on with the dresses. They sell bridal and evening shoes online, but I'm not sure of they sell them in stores.

The beading and detail on this clutch is beautifully done. Perfect for a bride, but could also be worn with an evening dress.

They have a beautifully curated collection of bridal jewelry and accessories.

All the way in the back of the boutique you can find a small collection of adorable bridal gifts and decor like votives, stationery and books. I thought what they had on display was beautiful, but there is definitely a larger selection online.

I am in no way a newlywed, but damn do I love good cookbook.

Wedding or not, these votive holders are a must. Each is unique but with enough similarity to create the perfect collection for a home.

The lovely team at Seasons 52 was kind enough to provide us with dessert and champagne. The mini cake shooters are perfect for a party. I had the red velvet cake and it was delicious, but that marshmallow one in the middle looked pretty good, too.

Instead of champagne, I helped myself to a glass of raspberry- and mint-infused water and I loved it. I'll definitely try and recreate this at home, as I generally never drink enough water.

The pretty arrangement that greeted us when we walked in.

Adorable paper flower favors.

Thank you to Boston Bloggers and BHLDN for another fabulous event!
